In close partnership with Kier Construction, this new 60 bed secure unit for the West London Mental Health NHS Trust was delivered within the given time frame and to the great satisfaction of all parties.  The BMS controls installed were the latest range of Trend IQ3 controllers, providing distributed intelligence throughout the building by not only controlling primary plant and underfloor

heating, but also monitoring a vast array of third party devices, while at the same time monitoring energy demand. Variations to the contract were kept to a bare minimum through our understanding of the client’s requirements from the outset and ensuring, as always, that all aspects of the specification were encompassed within our original tender bid.
