This project was a direct result of the maintenance work undertaken and the long term relationship developed over the 12 years we have been involved with the Tesco head office buildings in Hertfordshire. Our dedicated team was tasked to survey the three main administration buildings in the Welwyn Garden City, Cirrus Park development and produce a report with recommendations detailing where and how energy savings could be made. The areas targeted were the building fabric, M&E services and control systems. The data and supportive documentation, along with our

recommendations, were provided in a 76 page report and presented to Tesco to await their further instructions. Based upon the report and subsequent instruction we applied our controls experience to re-engineer the software in specific targeted plant areas to produce savings as part of the overall Tesco energy initiative.  Complete re-documentation of the outstation strategies were produced, allowing all future changes to be controlled and recorded as part of their quality control system.
